Counseling-online.net offers 3 services:

On-going email counseling with the option of determining the number of sessions desired. This allows you to write down your thoughts whenever you want, and by simply clicking "send", your thoughts and concerns are transmitted. The doctor will respond to your email within 24 hours. Depending on the number of purchased sessions, the conversation will continue. You are not charged for the doctor's time or for the length of the email sent and the response given. One session is based on one two-way transmission of email.

You may choose to ask one question of "Dr. Katz" for one answer. If you decide to post your question "anonymously" in the archives, there is no charge.

You may choose to ask a "confidential" question and request a "confidential" reply from "Dr. Katz." Of course, this will not be posted in the archives. There is a fee for this personal service.
