Online Counseling and E-Therapy

A session is a private discussion about whatever problem you are presently experiencing. Through conversation, I look to you for clues to possible answers to what is troubling you.

Sessions can be purchased one at a time on an as-needed basis or for the more difficult issues, sessions can be purchased in blocks of four.

How to begin ongoing counseling (e-therapy):

Please spend some time completing the initial questionnaire as thoroughly as possible. This information represents your first visit to my office. It is the information you provide that allows me to get a "foothold" (a grip) regarding the context of your situation.

This form represents what is professionally known as "psycho-social" information always gathered in the first session. Please include what you feel is important for me to know about you. I will respond to what you tell me and/or what you may have left out. In this way I am able to help piece together the puzzle of your problem.

Sometimes it takes only a few sessions (a "session" meaning one email from you and one response from me) and sometimes it may be more of an ongoing process, requiring more communications (sessions). The end of our therapeutic relationship (also called "termination") is determined by you and/or the resolution of your problem.

If at any time I feel that my services are no longer needed by you, I will discuss this with you and we will reach a mutual decision. If at any time you, or I, feel it would be in your best interest to work with another therapist, I will provide you with referrals to other professionals.

Lets get started!
